Essential Settings

These Settings must be properly configured to keep Cocospy working.

Battery Settings

1. Settings > Battery & performance > Battery usage > Battery saver (1,2,3)
   Set to “OFF”
2. Settings > Battery & performance > Battery usage > App Battery saver > System Service(1,2,3)
   Set to “No restrictions“

Background App Setting

1. Settings > Battery & performance > Battery usage > Gear icon > Turn off mobile when device is locked & Clear cache when device is locked (1,2,3)
   Set to “Never”
2. Settings > APP SETTINGS – Permissions > Autostart > System Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”
3. Security > Gear-icon button > Boost speed > Lock apps > System Service (1,2,3)
   Set to “ON”

Other Settings

No need to change these Settings by default. But they will affect Cocospy functions if changed by user.

App Setting

1. Settings > APP SETTINGS – Installed apps > Manage apps – System Service > Permissions(1,2,3)
   Set to “Allow all Permissions“
2. Settings > APP SETTINGS – Installed apps > Manage apps – System Service > Restrict data usage > WLAN & Mobile Data (1,2,3)
   Uncheck the two options to turn off the feature
